I ordered an air mattress in 27th December and was twice told it was on its way, but it never arrived. The third time, I was sent a tracking number and a package was delivered. Unfortunately, rather than being an air mattress, it was 4 pillows. I cancelled the order and requested a refund.

The most ridiculous customer service I've experienced
Ordered a heated blanket on the 15th December, still hadn't received it by the 28th, got offered an upgrade, took it, after a week I still hadn't received that. When contacted again they said the upgrade had sold out and infact they couldn't send me one. The customer service agent was hopeless I had to deal with. It took from 15th December to the 18th January to get a refund.
I was left helpless. Tried leaving a bad review and they removed it from Google. Left a trust pilot review and someone replied from the company basically calling me a liar
The only good point I can say is the final customer service agent at dreams I spoke to on the 17th January went out of his way to actually sort my problem out. The other 4 I spoke to prior were not.

Top service on multiple occasions
We've used Sleep and Snooze for several beds and mattresses and they have always been top class. Our sons bed started to fall apart after only 6 months (they have stopped selling that model) and they very promptly allowed us to pick another bed, came out, took down the old one and put the new one up. Would highly recommend.

Bed delivered by helpful and pleasant couriers. After unpackaging discovered bed with dirty marks and fabric torn .Disappointed by look of fabric quality.
Long time to speak to customer service but helpful when did.
New bed delivererd today. Very helpful couriers. Again bed grubby and marked although packaged better. Bed taken away and now waiting for a response.

Great delivery team!
One thing I was apprehensive about was the delivery of the large divan bed and mattress, the delivery team were great - so careful and clean as well as extremely helpful and provided extra guidance for assembly (which I did myself). Very happy with the service. The bed is lovely too!

Buying fine, delivery correspondence unnecessary
Buying experience was all good, I also have a mattress coming through my partner. We picked delivery day yet there is a need for multiple messages asking to contact if there will be a problem. Then the driver phones, which we missed. Come on, we picked today, we also never contacted with a problem about delivery. Why with the constant spam. Chill sleep and snooze, we chose this day for a reason, reason being there will be no issue.
Easy and on time
Order was placed and delivery date chosen easily. I received a text during week of delivery to confirm date and 2 hour slot. Delivery guys came on time and took the item to the correct room for me. All easy and great! Marked 4 stars only because it would have been nice to receive some communication between order date and delivery week. Thank you Sleep & Snooze!

Excellent service didnt have my item in stock so kindly upgraded my order, very polite understanding customer service staff and the bed was great quality and cheaper than other companies for the same bed

Friendly and efficient.
We had our old bed recycled so had put it into the bags to get picked up. They called us by 10am. They were polite and careful when coming into our house (walked the route). They also wore their necessary boots coverings to protect our carpets, etc. Overall really quick operation as there was enough of them to get it done efficiently. Very happy and now we have a lovely new bed. ?

I bought a Silent Night electric…
I bought a Silent Night electric blanket as it was a well known brand name. I am disappointed that it is made in China - I thought it was a British company. It is high time that products should be labelled where they were made. China has made billions out of Covid.

Absolutely love my bed!
Absolutely love my bed!
I love the minimal look/colour etc and it doesn’t take up too much space in my room.
The only minus is the smell after it was taken out of the packing. I’ve used an odour eliminator several times but the smell is still lingering but very lightly hopefully this will completely disappear soon (happy for any tips).

Communication with sleep & snooze was great. Easy to arrange a specific day for delivery. Delivery drivers were polite, friendly and helpful. 13 year old son LOVES his new double ottoman bed. It looks stylish and quality seems great. Overall would definitely recommend the company and the products. A*****

Ordered the Sleepeezee Natural Divine 2000 Mattress (double) in the sale for under £500.
Excellent service (courtesy call before the delivery slot etc and delivery on time) the delivery people placed the mattress where I needed it in the flat.
Happy, would use this company again, thanks for great service and excellent matress.
